Splash Entertainment, the Los Angeles-based studio focused on kid’s programming, has reached a licensing agreement with Kidoodle.TV, an ad-supported streaming service dedicated to children, the two companies shared on Tuesday morning.

As part of the agreement, Splash will license six of its shows to Kidoodle. The studio — which has created series like “Kulipari” for Netflix, along with dozens of other programs — will have the following shows debut on Kidoodle this month: “Chloe’s Closet,” “Dive Olly Dive,” “I Got a Rocket,” “Hero 108,” “Pet Alien” and “ToddWorld.” Terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

The deal will help Splash’s shows reach an international audience on Kidoodle, which claims as part of its mission statement it wants to “make the internet safe for kids.” The streaming service, based in Calgary, Canada, hand-picks its shows to make sure they’re suitable for kids.

“We’re very excited to collaborate with Kidoodle.TV to bring our popular shows to more children and families across the globe,” Mevelyn Noriega, president of distribution, Splash Entertainment, said in a statement. “Both Splash and Kidoodle.TV are dedicated to delivering age-appropriate, family-friendly content, which provides us with a great opportunity to further broaden our reach.”

Brenda Bisner, Kidoodle’s senior vice president of business development, added that the company was “thrilled” to reach an agreement with Splash. “The selection of this great content further expands our large offering to children under 12 in over 140 countries.”

Splash has won multiple daytime Emmy awards, a half dozen Hugo awards, and one BAFTA for its kids series. The studio is now developing two new shows based on “The Little Shop of Monsters” and “Rotten School,” both from “Goosebumps” author R.L. Stine.

Kidoodle.TV is available on several platforms, including Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Roku, iOS and Android.
